Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times), applied only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has a fixed validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address claim a bonus, both accounts may be cancelled.
• xkx8 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the account may be cancelled and all winnings forfeited.

VIP Cashback Program

xkx8 has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with weekly cashback rates of up to 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2%, and 1.5% respectively. Promotion to a higher tier is based on consistent play and activity.

Betting & Game Rules

xkx8 offers various gaming services including sports betting, live casino, and slot games. While each game has its own rules, the following general rules apply to all games.

General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, xkx8 reserves the right to review the affected bets and make an appropriate decision.
• In cases where incorrect amounts or results are displayed due to a software or hardware error, xkx8 reserves the right to make corrections.

Sports Betting Rules

• All markets displayed on xkx8 are presented as general examples. Live results or specific match information are not provided on the platform.
• Betting markets will be settled after the result is confirmed.

Fair Play Policy

xkx8 ensures fair play in all games. Any use of software hacks, bots, collusion, or fraudulent strategies will result in account cancellation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xkx8 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Making transactions through third-party payment accounts.
• Bonus abuse — creating accounts solely for the purpose of collecting bonuses.

Account Suspension & Closure

xkx8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete the verification process.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.
• Closed voluntarily at the member's own request.
• A request to restrict one's own account under the responsible gambling policy.

Voluntary Account Closure Process

Any member who wishes to permanently close their account may email [email protected]. Any active balance (outside the scope of wagering requirements) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

xkx8 is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. However, xkx8's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions, power outages, or technical failures on the part of third parties.
